Participation Requirements

Qualified Group Purchase
1.Each member must purchase on Retekess.com.
2.Total number of participants must be ≥ 3.
3.Each participant's order amount should be ≥150$.
4.Members of the group note the same group code.
5.The order time interval between all members of the group must be ≤7 days.
Group Purchase Rewards
1.Group purchase with friends and save 5%.
2.We will issue a 5% cash reward for each member of the group.
3.Each member can only use one group code. If a member has marked multiple group codes, the first group code shall prevail.
4.Your 5% cash reward is only applied to the purchase price of the product and does not include taxes, shipping, or any additional fees.
How to Redeem Your Reward
1.Retekess will review the submitted order within 15 days and after verifying the recommended purchase, we will credit your account immediately.
Termination and Changes
1. Retekess retains the right to suspend or terminate the group purchase program or a user's participation at any time and for any reason.
2. Should Retekess identify any activity it deems abusive, fraudulent, or Terms of Service violations, accounts may be suspended, and rewards may be revoked.

Q：When exactly will I get my group buy rewards?
A：We will count the number of people who have successfully purchased with you within seven days of placing your order, and will distribute the rewards to the accounts of each member who has successfully participated in the group purchase within fifteen days.
Q：Can I enjoy the rewards of both the group buy and referral activities on the website?
A：Unfortunately this is not allowed, we will carefully check the information of each participant and you can only enjoy the rewards of one of the activities.
