  • Warranty Time

    We offer a 2-year warranty.

    Note: The warranty period for accessories is two months. Accessories include but are not limited to antennas, headphones, etc.

  • Return & Refund

    1. You can get a full refund when you return an undamaged product for any reason within 30 days. Just make sure all products are in original condition and provide us with relevant pictures or videos to prove it.

    2. We will issue a refund immediately once the product arrives at our warehouse. Refunds will be made using the same method as your original order. Processing time usually takes 3-7 business days.

  • Returns are not supported in the following cases:

    1. Due to improper use or other personal reasons, resulting in problems or damage to the products. In this case, you can contact us about the maintenance to minimize your losses.
    2. You have received them for more than 30 days.

  • Reissue product:
