• Warranty Time

  We offer a 2-year warranty.

  Note: The warranty period for accessories is two months. Accessories include but are not limited to antennas, headphones, batteries,etc.

• Return & Refund

  1. Orders will be shipped within 24 hours (excluding pre-order/out-of-stock items). Customers may cancel orders before shipment for immediate processing. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original resalable condition.

  2. For returns due to customer preference, buyers bear return shipping costs (determined by chosen courier). For merchant errors (damaged/incorrect items), return shipping is free. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method.

• Returns are not supported in the following cases:

  1. Due to improper use or other personal reasons, resulting in problems or damage to the products. In this case, you can contact us about the maintenance to minimize your losses.
  2. You have received them for more than 30 days.

• Reissue product:

  1. If the package is missing products or gifts, such as manuals, accessories, etc., please contact our staff for reissue.
  2. If the product is damaged during transportation, not due to human reasons, you can also contact us to provide proof and complete the return process. After we verify the return products, we will reissue you a new one.

  Note: We do not accept any direct return without communication. All returns must obtain their Return Authorization Code and the corresponding return address provided by us. When you return the product, please email us with the return tracking number so that we can handle the returns and issue the refund for you in time.

• Scope of Application:

  Please note that the policy is only for the orders that are purchased from Retekess official website www.retekess.com. If your Retekess products are bought from other platforms, you need to contact the seller directly from your order detail page.

  Please check carefully to make sure the complete quantity and there is no damage after you open the package.

  Q: How to return and get a refund?

  A: Please refer to our Return Policy. You will get the refund within a week after we receive your return and verify that there is no damage.

  A: If you haven't received the refund for more than a week, please contact our staff directly. All the messages will be replied to in 1 working day.

  Q: What can I do if I receive the wrong package?

  A: Please contact us, we will help you complete the return and reissue the correct product for you at no additional cost to you.

  Q: How long is the warranty?

  A:2 years warranty for the main machine and 2 months for its accessories. In addition, we provide 30 days with no reason to return.
