• Return & Refund

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for non-defective reasons (e.g., change of mind, size issues), provided items are unused, undamaged, and in original resalable condition.

  2. For returns due to customer preference, buyers bear return shipping costs (determined by chosen courier). For merchant errors (damaged/incorrect items), return shipping is free. Approved refunds will be processed within 3-7 business days after inspection and credited to the original payment method.

• Returns are not supported in the following cases:

• Reissue product:

  1. If the package is missing products or gifts, such as manuals, accessories, etc., please contact our staff for reissue.
