TD175P is a restaurant pager system designed to help businesses manage waiting guests, reduce counter crowding, and improve pickup flow. It comes with 30 pagers, supports long-range coverage in open areas, and offers 7 alert modes to suit different service environments. With an easy-clean touch keypad and reliable performance during busy hours, it is a practical choice for restaurants, cafes, resorts, and catering operations.
A simple, reliable way to call waiting guests, reduce front-counter crowding, and keep service moving smoothly.
Built for food service, hospitality venues, catering operations, and other businesses that need a better way to manage waiting guests.
When customers gather around the pickup area, staff end up repeating order numbers, answering the same questions, and trying to keep the line under control.
TD175P solves that with a clear, simple paging system. Guests can wait more comfortably, and your team can stay focused on service instead of shouting names or numbers.
The set comes with 1 transmitter and 30 pagers, so you can get started right out of the box.
Hand a pager to the guest, enter the number, and press call when their order is ready. The process is simple, quick, and easy for staff to learn.
The wireless calling system automatically starts when the pagers are placed on charge, making daily setup more convenient.
It’s a practical fit for busy teams that need a more organized way to handle pickup and waiting.
Not every space works the same way. A quiet lounge needs a different alert than a noisy pickup counter.
TD175P supports 7 pager alert modes, with user-defined combinations of beep, vibrate, and flash, so guests are more likely to notice the call wherever they are waiting.
It also supports 4 keyboard modes, including mute, beep, vibrate, and combined settings for more flexible operation.
Fast and slow ringtone settings are available, giving you more control over how alerts sound in different environments.
In larger dining areas, resorts, patios, clubs, or leisure venues, guests often move around instead of staying right by the front desk.
TD175P uses a high-power signal to support more dependable paging across wider areas and through common barriers.
The strong transmission signal can penetrate approximately 4 to 6 walls, helping reduce missed calls in more complex indoor layouts.
Coverage: in open areas, the signal range can reach up to 800 m / 2624 ft.
In food and hospitality settings, equipment needs regular cleaning. Traditional buttons can trap grease, crumbs, and dust over time.
The seamless touch keypad is easier to wipe down, helping keep the counter cleaner with less effort.
Each pager has a built-in 3.7V rechargeable battery and supports up to 15 hours of standby time after a full charge, helping you get through the day with fewer charging interruptions.
Some guests respond right away, while others may be seated farther away or taking their time. Adjustable alert duration gives you more control over how long each call lasts.
View up to 10 call history records by pressing the ∧ or ∨ key on the keyboard to quickly confirm which pagers were called last.
Supports many-to-one and one-to-many calling, useful for multi-station service or more complex guest flow.
Pagers can be powered off together on the charging base by pressing 99 + CALL. For systems that use the three-digit setting, they can also be instantly powered off with 999 + CALL.
The system comes with 30 pagers and supports expansion up to 998 pagers.
Based on actual customer order use cases, TD175P is especially well suited for businesses that need a simple, reliable way to manage guest waiting, pickup, or service flow.
Ideal for restaurants, quick-service operations, casual dining, and other food businesses where customers wait for orders or table-ready service.
A practical choice for resorts, clubs, lounges, and other guest-focused venues where people may wait across larger, more relaxed spaces.
Useful for catering teams and service setups that need a portable, organized way to notify guests during events or structured food service.
A smart fit for any business that wants to reduce front-counter congestion and create a more orderly waiting experience.
For best signal performance, do not place the transmitter on metal or marble surfaces. Use it on wood, plastic, glass, or other non-metal surfaces.
Need more capacity and longer runtime?
If you need more pagers and a more advanced daily-use experience, TD175M is the upgraded choice for higher-traffic venues.
If you want a cleaner pickup process, less crowding at the counter, and a smoother experience for both staff and guests, the Retekess TD175P is a smart choice.
Order now and improve your guest waiting experience.
If you are running a restaurant, after the customer places an order, the staff gives the guest a pager and records the pager number. The guest can then return to their seat and wait comfortably.
When the order is ready, the chef or waiter enters the pager number on the keypad to call the customer for pickup. The same principle can also be used in bars, cafés, bakeries, banks, food trucks, church nurseries, clubs, and more.
Yes. The TD175P pager system supports expansion and allows you to add up to 998 pagers to one keypad transmitter.
Press and hold the “Settings” button on the transmitter for 3 seconds to enter F1. Press “Call”, take out the pager you want to pair, and make sure the 4 LED lights stay on. Press “Call” again. When you hear a long beep, pairing is complete.
After entering F2, use the up and down keys on the keypad to change the setting. The number keys cannot be used for this adjustment.
Place all pagers on the charging base and press 99 + CALL to power them off together for a faster end-of-day shutdown.
