Two-way intercom

TT126 wireless tour guide system supports two-way communication between the guide and participants. Real-time interactions enable participants to ask questions or seek clarification promptly, promoting engagement and enhancing the overall tour experience.

Mute Vice Transmitters

By clicking the Mute button and Mic button of the main transmitter, the vice transmitters will be disabled. At this point, the trainer or instructor can provide instructions or explanations to the rider or student and the rider is unable to respond. This is useful in situations where the trainer wishes to give instructions without interference.

Adjustable microphone gain

The microphone gain of the Two-way tour system can be adjusted from 1 to 7 levels, allowing you to control the sensitivity of the microphone according to the surrounding noise.  During a factory tour, noise levels can vary from one area to another, and the adjustable microphone gain ensures that everyone on your team hears clearly, regardless of the surrounding noise.

No signal auto shutdown

If the vice transmitter does not receive an audio signal for 20 consecutive minutes, it automatically shuts off. This helps conserve battery life and ensures that the vice transmitter does not unnecessarily run out of power when there is no audio transmission. 

Working range

2 way communication system has an operating range of 280 m / 919 ft, allowing participants to move freely within this range without losing connection. In large factory environments, participants can explore different areas of the factory while staying in touch with the guide, without missing any information or instructions.

Wearing methods

TT126 two-way tour guide system comes with a back clip and lanyard, which allows participants to use the clip to attach the device to their clothing or the lanyard to wear around their neck. These wearing options ensure that the headset remains secure and easy to use, leaving participants' hands free.

25/12 channels

Plant tour headsets offer a choice of 25/12 different channels. (The European version has 12 channels; the US version has 25 channels) When multiple groups are running at the same time in the same plant or the same area, each group can be assigned a different channel, preventing any confusion or overlapping audio interference between groups and ensuring a smooth experience for all participants.

One-touch mute transmitter

It allows the guide or presenter to instantly mute the transmitter with the push of a button. This is useful in situations where the group needs to take a moment's break or needs to pause the audio transmission without having to shut down the system.

Battery life

Tour equipment has a 10 h operating time for the transmitter and 10-70 h for the vice transmitter when fully charged. Ensure that participants can complete an entire factory tour without any interruptions due to a depleted battery.

Line input and line output

In addition to the microphone input, the main transmitter also supports audio input, which means that pre-recorded instructional audio or music files can be transferred to the vice transmitter to enhance the training experience. The vice transmitter can be connected to 3.5mm headphones for listening, in addition to audio devices for sound playback, providing more flexibility in utilizing audio.

Automatic pairing

When you have many vice transmitters, manually pairing them one by one is cumbersome. Auto Pairing allows the main transmitter and vice transmitters to synchronize channels in seconds, saving time by eliminating the need for a complicated setup.
