Other brands we used before were ridiculously expensive, and the quality was generally mediocre. This system offers much better value for money; it has everything we need. We haven't had any problems using it. The anti-tipping design is also practical; even during peak hours, customers won't mess up the base when they collect their food.

The build quality is solid; it's not cheap plastic. The first impression upon handling it is its sturdiness, unlike those cheap products that crack easily. The base is substantial, making the pagers stack securely and neatly. Commercial-grade components are indeed durable.

The vibration and flashing alerts are very noticeable, so customers don't have to stand in line even on cold days. Cleaning is also easy; just wipe it down after each use. The charging docks alternate charging, so there's virtually no power outage.

We run a casual dining business, and things get chaotic when it gets busy during peak hours. We bought this TD186 system. Can even receive calls when customers go to the door to smoke. The stackable charging design is stable and prevents it from tipping over. The only downside is the vibration is a bit weak, but the sound is loud enough with three adjustable levels, so it doesn't affect usability. Overall, it's excellent value for money.
