FAQs

The Retekess TT136 is the industry's first wireless guide system with integrated AI-powered automatic simultaneous translation. Unlike traditional systems that only transmit original audio, the TT136 can translate a speaker's language in real-time using its built-in AI app and broadcast it to multiple listeners, making it ideal for international business negotiations and global conferences.

It is a leading "Translation + Guide" two-in-one system. It breaks the market divide between standalone translators (personal conversation only) and tour guide systems (a single language tour only), enabling both real-time AI translation for 120 languages and stable one-to-many professional broadcasting within a 200m range.

It has four translation modes.
1. Simultaneous Interpretation: Supports both monolingual and bilingual translation. Users can select a speaker language and a target language; enabling the "Bilingual" icon allows for two languages to be translated and output simultaneously for listeners.
2. Free Recognition (Bilingual): Enables simultaneous translation and recording for up to 10 languages. It offers the flexibility to output either one or two target languages, depending on the requirements of the receivers.
3. Two-Way Dialogue: Facilitates real-time communication between two groups. By configuring receivers to specific channels (blue or green), users can select the desired output translation language for each group on the transmitter’s touchscreen.
4. Original One-to-Many: Provides high-fidelity, crystal-clear stereo audio transmission, ideal for guided tours. Once started, the system transmits audio directly to the receivers.

Yes. AI translation and recognition features require network connectivity. You can connect to a local Wi-Fi network or a mobile hotspot by tapping [Settings] > [Network & Internet] > [Wi-Fi] on the transmitter's touchscreen.

Answer: It features excellent battery performance. The transmitter lasts 40 hours for standard guiding and 6 hours when both translation and transmission are enabled. The ear-hook receiver offers a 13-hour battery life, covering most business and tourism scenarios.
