Best nurse call system we’ve had. Works wonderfully for our clinic Reviewed in the United States on December 23, 2021 We are a small clinic with 10 rooms and we’ve been using other call button systems for patients but had to abandon those to switch to this system. I’m impressed with the product quality and their service. I summed up the pros and the cons of this system The Pros: It is pretty easy to install and pair the call buttons to the receiver. The well-written instructional manual makes the initial setup and pairing easy. I strongly recommend whoever buys this system watch their full instructional video, which covered all settings for day-to-day use.Their customer service care is very responsive and professional. They even made a video only for my inquiry. The Cons: You have to fully extend the antenna on receiver to get the most optimal signal range. In small venue like ours is not needed. You have to pair with the call button for initial setup but it only takes minute to do so. Overall we are pleased with this system it is simple, reliable and high quality call system and I recommend this to small clinic or any caregiver facilities. A great value product.
