2018: 90,000+ Tour Guide Systems Sold
By 2018 — our 10th year — Retekess had sold over 90,000 tour guide systems worldwide, helping groups communicate clearly in museums, factories, churches, and tourist attractions across the globe. It was a milestone that confirmed what our customers had been telling us for a decade: there is real, lasting demand for affordable, professional-grade wireless audio.

2020: The In-House Developed TT122—Reaching 168 Countries
In 2020, we independently developed the TT122 tour guide system, handling everything from circuit design to firmware development in-house. With users spanning 168 countries and regions, it became one of the most widely adopted tour guide systems of its generation. 

2024: Bringing Wireless Tech to the Hearing-Impaired
In 2024, we extended our expertise into hearing aid technology, developing solutions that help hearing-impaired users enjoy a clearer, better life. It was a natural extension of our core mission: communication should not be a privilege reserved for the few. It is a basic human right.

2026: Trusted by the Market—Expanding into New Niche Sectors
This year, as Retekess celebrates its 18th anniversary, our tour guide systems have earned a stellar reputation and the trust of professionals across European and North American markets. Yet, we are not stopping there.
